To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, DAVID B. KERR, a citizen of the United States, residing at Philadelphia, in the county of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, have invented and produced a new and original Design for an Upholstory Fabric; and I do hereby declare that the photographic print accompanying this speeification conveys to any one skilled in the art a clear understanding of the same, and is sulfieient to enable such person to use my inventiou.

The leading features of my design consist in the representation of flowers marked A,

that resemble wild roses, and at B flowers that resemble tulips. lhe rest of the design is made up of leaves and flowers, as shown in the photographie print making a part of this specification.

What I elai m as my invention is- The design for an upholstery fabric, consist ing of wild roses A A. and tulips B B, with flow- CIS and leaves, as shown in the photographic print.
