To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Frank Springer-Miller, a citizen of the United States of America, a resident of Stowe, State of Vermont, have invented a new and ornamental Design for a Front for a Parts Bin, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a front for a parts bin showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a top plan view.

Figure 3 is a side elevation.

The dominant features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

The ornamental design for a front for a parts bin, as shown and described.
