Be it known that I, Edwin C. Meyers, a citizen of the United States of America and resident of Syracuse in the county of Onondaga and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Display and Self-Service Candle Bar, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawings forming part thereof:
