Be it known that I, Harold T. Gulliksen, a citizen of the United States and a resident of near Niles, county of Berrien, State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a handle, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the handle;

Fig. 3 is a side elevational view of the handle; and

Fig. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The ornamental design for a handle, as shown.
