Be it known that I, Isadore Horowitz, a citizen of the United States, residing at Shreveport, in the parish of Caddo and State of Louisiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cross Arm for a Playground Apparatus or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof.
