Be it known that I, Carl H. Renner, a citizen of the United States, being a resident of Detroit, Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fender for an Automobile, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a fender for an automobile incorporating my new design;

Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section through the fender of Fig. 1, taken along the line 22 of Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a transverse vertical section through the fender of Fig. 1, being taken along the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The fragmentary dotted line disclosure of an automobile is shown only for the purpose of illustration.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a fender for an automobile, substantially as shown and described.
