Be it known that I, Walter F. Tharrington, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Norfolk and State of Virginia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Tray Stand, of which the following is a specificatiomreference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a tray stand, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is another perspective view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a tray stand, as shown.
