Be it known that we, Casimir J. Pavlak and Willis N. Nelson, citizens of the United States, both residing at Wisconsin Rapids, in the county of Wood, State of Wisconsin, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Bake and Broil Unit or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

In the drawings:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a bake and broil unit or the like embodying our new design;

Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line 22 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

The essential features of our design reside in the portions shown in full lines.

We claim:
