Be it known that I, Anthony E. Spinetta, a citizen of the United States of America and a resident of Brooklyn, Kings County, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Towel Rack and Lighting Fixture, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the combined towel rack and lighting fixture showing my new design, taken from underneath;

Figure 2 is an inverted plan view of the same; and

Figures 3 and 4 are cross sectional views taken on the lines 3-3 and 44, respectively, of Figure 1.
