To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that 1, Raymond C. Siebert. a citizen of the United States of America and resident of Avon, in the county of Livingston and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rotating Reflector, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.

Fig. 1 is an edge view or-top plan view of a rotating reflector embodying the new design, with the rotor positioned approximately in the same plane with the mounting ring or frame;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view of the same; and

Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the same, with the rotor turned to a different position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a rotating reflector, substantially as shown.
