Be it known thatI, Herbert S. Chase, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Change Purse, Wallet and Picture Album, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein,

Figure l is a front elevational view of a combined change purse, wallet and picture album showing my new design in closed position.

Figure 2 is a rear elevational view.

Figure 3 is a side elevational view.

Figure 4 is an open plan view of same, and

Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 4, drawn to a smaller scale, and showing the picture album member thereof removed and disclosing the inner sections thereof in open position.

The ornamental design for a combined change purse, wallet and picture album, substantially as shown and described.
