Be it known that I, Joe P. Bowlin, a citizen of the United States, residing at Forth Worth, in the county of Tarrant and State of Texas, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Steak Platter, of which the following is a specification; reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a plan view of a steak platter showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a side elevational view thereof;

Figure 3 is an end elevational view theerof; while,

Figure 4 is an elevational view of the end opposite that of Figure 3.

The essential features of my design reside in those portions shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a steak platter, as shown and described.
