Be it known that I, Robert E. Williams, a citizen of the United States, residing at San Diego, in the county of San Diego, and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Ash Tray and Plant Holder, of which the following is a speciflcation, reference being had to the acc0mpanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a combined ash tray and plant holder, showing my new design,

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, and

Fig. 3 is a vertical cross-sectional View taken on line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The broken line showing of legible matter in Fig. 1 is for illustrative purposes only.

I claim: The ornamental design for a combined ash tray and plant holder, as shown and described.
