Be it known that I, Michael Hallward, a citizen of the United States, residing at S-wampscott, in the county of Essex and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fender Flap, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a front view of the fender flap embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a cross-section taken along line 2-2 of Fig. 1;

Fig. 3 is a. cross-section taken along line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a a fender flap, substantially as shown.
