corporation of Michigan To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Lawrence H. Wilson, a citizen of the United States, residing at Detroit, in the county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Cabinet for a Heater or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front perspective view of a cabinet for a heater or the like, showing my new design.

Figs. 2, 3 and 4 are sections along the lines 2-2, 3-3 and 44 of Fig. 1.

Fig. 5 is a fragmentary enlarged showing of the lower front grille.

The side of the cabinet not shown is substantially the same as the side shown and the back of the cabinet is plain.

I claim: The ornamental design for a cabinet for a heater or the like, substantially as shown and described.
