Be it known that I, Read Viemeister, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Yellow Springs, in the county of Greene and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Thermometer and Holder for a Scratch Pad or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a combined thermometer and holder for a scratch pad or the like embodying my new design, the dotted lines representing the pad;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the combined thermometer and holder for a scratch pad or the like.

The broken lines are for illustrative purposes only.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined thermometer and holder for a scratch pad or the like, substantially as shown and described.
