Be it known that I, Bernard Plotkin, a citizen of the United States, residing at Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Wheel Cover, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a wheel cover, showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a cross-section taken along the line 22 of Fig. 1.

The dotted lines on the drawing are for illustrative purposes only.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a wheel cover, substantially as shown and described.
