Be it known that I, Solomon M. Sager, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Fort Wayne, State of Indiana, have invented .a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hat and Coat Hanger, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a hat and coat hanger, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a top plan view of the hanger;

Figure 3 is a rear elevational view of the hanger;

Figure 4 is a side elevational view of the hanger; and

Figure '5 is a front elevational view of the hanger.

I claim: The ornamental design for a hat and coat hanger, as shown.
