Be it known that I, Jean 0. Reinecke, a citizen of the United States, residing in Oak Park, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tape Dispenser or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference beim, had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a tape dispenser showing my new design part of a roll of tape being shown in broken lines, in this view only, for purposes of illustration;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a rear elevational view;

Fig. 4 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 5 is a side elevational view showing the side opposite that shown in Fig. 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a tape dispenser or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
