Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Ross F. Pollard, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Newburyport, county of Essex, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pitcher or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings forming a part thereof.

This application is a continuation-in-part of my application Serial No. D-5292, filed October 4, 1949, which is now abandoned.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a pitcher embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a bottom View taken on the line 2-2 of Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary sectional view in section taken diametrically.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the portions shown by means of full lines in the drawing.

I claim: The ornamental design for a pitcher or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
