UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE TOY WEAPON Richard Rastetter, Girard, Pa., assignor to Louis Marx & Company, Inc., New York, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Richard Rastetter, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Girard, in the county of Erie and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Toy Weapon, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a side elevation of a toy weapon embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is an end view looking at the breech end of the Weapon; and

Fig. 4 is an end view looking at the muzzle end of the weapon.
