Be it known that I, Richard S. Tobey, a citizen of the United States and residing at South Pasadena, in the county of Los Angeles, State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Ash Tray or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure l is a top perspective view of an ash tray or similar article, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a bottom perspective view thereof;

Figure 3 is a top plan view thereof; and

Figure 4 is a side elevational view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for an ash tray or similar article, substantially as shown.
