Be it known that I, John M. Auzin, a citizen of the United States, residing at Whitman, State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pop-Up Figure Toy or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

In the drawing,

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a pop-up figure toy or the like embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof and Fig. 3 is a view similar to Fig. l, with the upper portion in outwardly extended position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a pop-up figure toy or the like, as shown.
