Be it known that I, Frederick E. Mimschauer, Jr., a citizen of the United States, residing at Bufialo, State of New York, have invented a new, original; and ornamental Design for a Shear, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a perspective view taken generally from the front of a shear showing my new design; and

Fig. 2 is a perspective view taken generally from the rear thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a shear, as shown.
