Be it known that I, Murdoch Chapman, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Detroit, county of Wayne and State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Measuring Device, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevation of a measuring device, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view;

Fig. 3 is a side elevation opposite to that shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 4 is a front end view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a measuring device, as shown.
