Be it known that I, Lauretta S. Madda, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a, new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Relish Spoon and Fork, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational View of a combined relish spoon and fork, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the same, and

Fig. 3 is a section on the line 33 of Fig. 2.

The ornamental design for a combined relish spoon and fork, substantially as shown.
