Be it known that I, Charles 0. Bliss, a citizen of the United States, residing at 6674 Santa Monica Boulevard, Los Angeles, in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Sugar Bowl, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a sugar bowl, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a front elevational view;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view; and

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.

My new design, in addition to the configuration shown, is characterized by the contrast between the top section thereof, including handles and lid which is of clear transparent material, and the bottom section, which is of opaque, colored material.

I claim: The ornamental design for a sugar bowl, as shown and described.
