UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE PAVEMENT REPAIRING MACHINE Versal F. Baumgardner, Celina, Ohio Application August 8, 1951, Serial No. 16,206
Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D14-3) To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Versal F. Baumgardner, a citizen of the United States, residing at Celina, in the county of Mercer and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pavement Repairing Machine, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part hereof, wherein:
Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the right side and front of a pavement repairing machine embodying my new design.
Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the left side and rear of the machine.
Figure `3 is a view in perspective taken from the front of the machine.
Figure 4 is a view in perspective taken from the rear and showing also the left side of the machine.
Figure 5 is a view in elevation of the left side of the machine.
Figure 6 is a view in elevation of the right side of the machine.
Figure 7 is a top plan view of the machine. Figure 8 is a View in elevation of the rear of the machine.
I claim: The ornamental design for a pavement repairing machine, substantially as shown.
