Term of patent 14 years (Cl. D4'7-7) To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Alfred E. Ischinger, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Reading, in the county of Berks and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Stocking, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a front perspective view of a stocking embodying my novel design, the rear of the stocking having the usual appearance of a standard or conventional stocking of modern construction and design.

Figure 2 is an enlarged fragmentary front elevational view of the stocking part of Figure 1 which includes my novel design, the ornamental line of the latter being indicated approximately to full scale dimensions and in relation to an actual stocking and having a lace ornamentation at its lower end.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a stocking, as shown and described.
