Be it known that we, Royal Bartlett Saalfrank, a citizen of the United States, residing at 5021 24th Avenue South, Gulfport, Florida, and Arthur D. Fell, Jr., a citizen of the United States residing at 511 Corinthian Avenue, Hatboro, Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Fluid Proportioning Pump, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.
Figure 1 is a-top plan view of the Fluid Proportioning Pump embodying our new design.
Figure 2 is a side elevation of Figure 1.
Figure 3 is an opposite side elevation of Figure 2.
Figure 4 is a bottom plan view of Figure 1.
Figure 5 is an enlarged left end elevation of Figure 1.
Figure 6 is an enlarged right end elevation of Figure 1.
We claim: The ornamental design for a fluid proportioning pump, as shown.
