OFFICE To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Gerard B. Cleary, a citizen of the United States, residing at St. Louis, Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Desk Penholder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a desk penholder, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view of the desk penholder; and

Fig. 3 is a sectional view thereof, taken at line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The shaded lines in Fig. 3 indicate material of contrasting appearance.

I claim: The ornamental design for a desk penholder, as shown and described.
