Be it known that I, Otto Frei, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Liturgical Flouncing, of which the following is a specification, reference being bad to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing:

The figure is a plan view of the liturgical fiouneing embodying my new design.

The design unit which is shown between the dot and dash lines in the drawing is repeated in regular succession along the length of the flouncmg.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a liturgical flouncing, substantially as shown and described.
