Clarence K. Studley, Jr., Berkeley, Calif., assignor to Marchant Calculating Machine Company, a corporation of California To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Clarence K. Studley, Jr., a citizen of the United States, residing at Berkeley, in the county of Alameda and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Register Carriage Cover for a Calculating Machine, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a front view of a register carriage cover for a calculating machine equipped with a plurality of my decimal indicators showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of said carriage cover, the decimal indicator being shown in its decimal indicating position.

Fig. 3 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view of said carriage cover, the decimal indicator having been adjusted to show the opposite side thereof and to thereby conceal the decimal point.

The dominant features of my design reside in the decimal indicators shown in full lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a register carriage cover for a calculating machine, as shown and described.
