Be it known that I, Benjamin Frank Playford, a citizen of the United tates of America, residing at Parkwood apartments, in the city of Staunton and county of Augusta, State of Virginia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Stockings, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side view of the stocking showing my design.

Fig. 2 is a fragmentary front view of the lower portion of the stocking showing my design, said stocking being on the foot of the wearer and the wearer standing on her toes.

Fig 3 is a rear view of the lower portion of the stocking showing my design, said stocking being on the foot of the wearer and the wearer standing on her toes.

The characteristic feature of the invention resides in the necklace-like design around the ankle portion of the stocking.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a stocking, substantially as shown and described.
