Be it known that I, Rollin H. Williams, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Headlight Diifusing Shield, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which- Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a headlight diffusing shield, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view thereof;

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

Fig. 5 is a perspective View thereof.

Fig. 6 is a sectional view taken on line 6--6 of Figure 2 thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a headlight diffusing shield, as shown.
