UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE TUMBLER OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Carl W. Gustkey, Wheeling, W. Va., assignor to Imperial Glass Company, Bellaire, Ohio, a corporation of Ohio To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Carl W. Gustkey, a citizen of the United States, residing at Wheeling, county of Ohio, and State of West Virginia, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tumbler or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof, in which Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a tumbler or similar article showing my new design, the figure illustrating substantially a 120 surface area of the same;

Figure 2 is another side elevational view of the article, the figure illustrating another 120 surface area of the same; and

Figure 3 is another side elevational view of the article, the figure depicting the remaining 120 surface of the article.

I claim: The ornamental design for a tumbler or simi lar article, substantially as shown and described.
