Be it known that I, Kathy R. Cassel, a citizen of the United States of America and residing in the city of Chicago, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Tie Clasp or Similar Article, of which the following is the specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof:

Fig. 2 is a top plan view thereof.
