Be it known that I, Jacob J. Weiman, a citizen of the United States and a resident of Jamaica, in the county of Queens and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Plant Holder and Bracket Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had -.to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 2 is a side view thereof.

Fig. 3 is a top view thereof.
