Be it known that I, Anna McGowan, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at No. 35-20 82nd Street, Jackson Heights, county of Queens, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for 9, Combination Sink and Drain Rack, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part hereof.

Fig. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is a perspective view thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combination sink and drain rack, substantially as shown.
