PATENT OFFICE ADVERTISING DISPLAY DEVICE FOR ATTACHMENT TO PARKING METERS Harold R. Siegel and Morris Pauli, Rochester, N. Y.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Harold R. Siegel and Morris Paull, both citizens of the United States of America, and residents of Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Advertising Display Device for Attachment to Parking Meters, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part hereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a display device in accordance with our invention;

Fig. 2 is an end elevational view thereof;

Fig. 3 is a vertical section taken substantially on the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.

The characteristic features of the design reside in the portions shown in full lines. The broken lines are for illustrative purposes only.

We claim:

The ornamental design for an advertising display device for attachment to parking meters, substantially as shown and described.
