Be it known that 1;, Paris S. McCutcheon, a, citizen of the United States of America, residing in Salem, county of Essex, and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Shoe form or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference ibeing had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof wherein:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a shoe form or the like, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan view;

Fig. 3 is a bottom plan view;

Fig. 4 is a side elevational View;

Fig. 5 is a front elevational view; and

Fig. 6 is a rear elevational view of the same.

I claim: The ornamental design for a, shoe form or the like, substantially as shown.
