Be it known that I, Frederick G. Knowles, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Rochester, in the county of Monroe and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Photographic Flashlight Apparatus, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof, in which:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view taken from the rear and slightly above and to one end of the photographic flashlight apparatus, showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a top plan View of the apparatus shown in Fig. 1; and

Fig. 3 is a perspective View taken from the rear and from the opposite side of the apparatus slightly above the apparatus.

I claim: The ornamental design for a photographic flashlight apparatus, as shown and described. FREDERICK G. KNOWLES.
