Be it known that I, George J. I-Iigginson, a citizen of the United States, residing in Bronxville, county of Westchester, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Plate or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof. 7

Figure 1 is a top plan View of a plate, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a sectional view of the plate taken on the line 22 of Figure 1 looking in the direction of the arrows.

The dominant features of the design'reside in the floral surface decoration as shown.

I claim: 7 v The ornamental design for a plate or similar article, as shown and described.
