UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE ROCKET TANK TOY William B. Sewell, Los Angeles, Calif., assigner to Sewell Products Inc.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, William B. Sewell, a citizen of the United States of America, residingin the city of Los Angeles, county of Los Angeles, and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Rocket Tank Toy, of which the following is a specication, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is a side elevational View of the rocket tank toy, showing my new design;

Figure 2 is a perspective View thereof;

Figure 3 is a front elevational View of the tank;

Figure 4 is a top plan View of the same; and

Figure 5 is a rear elevational View of the tank.

The rocket tube has been omitted from the gun barrel in Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5 for convenience of illustration.

I claim: The ornamental design for a rocket tank toy, substantially as shown and described.
