Be it known that I, Liuba Kutchma, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in New York city, county of New York, and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Adjustable Neckline Blouse, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein:

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of an adjustable neckline blouse showing my new design with the neckline in buttoned position.

Figure 2 is a rear elevational view of Figure 1.

Figure 3 is a view similar to Figure 1, showing the neckline in an unbuttoned position.

Figure 4 is a rear elevational view of the blouse as shown in Figure 3.

I claim: The ornamental design for an adjustable neckline blouse, substantially as shown.
