Be it known that I, George Knorr, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Memorandum Card and Pencil Holder, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a memorandum card and pencil holder showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

Fig. 3 is an end elevational view looking from the right of Figure 1.

I claim: The ornamental design for a memorandum card and pencil holder, as shown.
