Be it known that I, Harry G. Bissell, a citizen of the United States, residing at Lebanon, in the county of Warren and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Hot and. Cold Water Mixing Valve, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a hot and cold water mixing valve, showing my new design.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the hot and cold Water mixing valve of Fig. 1 turned one hundred eighty degrees.

The ornamental design for a hot and cold water mixing valve, as shown.
