Be it known that I, John Sinko, a citizen of the United States, residing at Oak Park, county of Cook, and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Steering Wheel Knob Base, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, the dotted lines, however, being for illustrative purposes only, in which:

Figure l is an elevational view of the inner face of the steering wheel knob base showing my design; Fig. 2, an end elevational view; Fig. 3, an elevational view of the outer side of the base which engages the rim of a steering wheel; Fig. 4,

a top plan view; and Fig. 5, a bottom plan view of the same. I claim: The ornamental design for a steering wheel knob base, as shown and described.
