Be it known that I, Harry M. Gustafson, a citizen of the United States, residing in Chicago, Cook County, State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Slicing and Serving Knife, of which the following is a. specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a side view of a slicing and serving knife, showing my design;

Fig. 2 is a. plan view of the slicing and serving knife; and

Fig. 3 is an end view of same taken from the right of Fig. 1.
