Be it known that I, William L. Mitchell, a citizen of the United States, being a resident of Bloomfield Hills, county of Oakland, State of Michigan, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Vehicle Outside Door Handle, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a side elevational view of a vehicle outside door handle, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a plan view thereof.

Figure 3 is an end elevational view thereof.

Figures 4 and 5 are sectional views thereof taken on lines 44 and 5-5 of Figure 1 respectively.

I claim: Th ornamental design for a vehicle outside door handle, substantially as shown.
